Private Intro to Swimming Session

Service Description

Help your dog become more comfortable around water without throwing them into the deep end. This private introductory session focuses on creating positive experiences around shallow water and helping your dog explore at a pace they are comfortable with. Activities may include approaching and stepping into shallow water, getting paws wet, moving through water, interacting with floating toys, becoming comfortable with splashing and other gentle water-based exercises. The setup may include a kiddie-style pool and other shallow-water activities depending on your dog’s size and comfort level. This is not a traditional swimming lesson and does not involve a full-size swimming pool. The goal is to introduce water gradually, build confidence and help your dog develop a more positive relationship with getting wet. Dogs of all sizes are welcome. Activities will be adapted based on the size of your dog and the equipment available.
