"We were overwhelmed trying to figure out how to handle a new puppy and an older dog. Carlos was patient, kind and non-judgmental. He took the time to explain his approach fully, demonstrated the skill and then guided us when we tried. It is clear that he adores dogs and his knowledge is outstanding. After the session he shared resources and next steps. We are also welcome to message with him for further support. . After only 1.5 hours, we feel like we have a clear plan to fully enjoy our dogs without feeling overwhelmed. We no longer feel like we at “in above our heads”.
