Service Description

These drop-in sessions are for dogs (of all sizes) who benefit from practicing impulse control and emotional regulation in the presence of other dogs and people. All dogs will be on leash. Each dog's comfort and safety is our number one priority. All participating dogs must be up to date on their vet records and must be neutered/spayed if over 7 months old. This class is suitable for dogs who may bark at other dogs, avoid them, become flustered or overly excited around them, or struggle to engage with their pet parent in social settings. These sessions are also great for dogs who need help learning how to give others space and share environments calmly. Rather than focusing on obedience or forced interactions, these sessions focus on impulse control, thoughtful decision-making skills and emotional regulation. The goal is to encourage dogs to make better choices without having to be prompted to. Dogs will work at their own comfort level, with distance and setup adjusted as needed to ensure learning can happen without pressure or any kind of pain. All exercises are force-free, reward-based and designed to help dogs practice calm choices, recovery and check-ins in real-life social situations. We’ll be sharing all photos and videos taken during the session on our social media @pawblemsmadeeasy. 📍 LOCATION: May vary per session.
